First of all, there are a lot of big doings on the horizon for Shameless, and those of you who visit us here are getting a preview! In anticipation of our trip to SXSW in March and the launch of a new project shortly after that, we at Shameless have decided to update our look. To your right, you'll see a preview of our new logo - whaddaya think?! By late February we're gonna have a whole new website launch, so watch for that announcement!
Even more exciting: Shameless is involved in introducing L.A. to Britain's next big thing: Black Wire! If you haven't heard them yet, check it out on
Myspace and iTunes (the U.S. release of their CD is Feb. 14th, if you're holding out for a physical CD). Their first trip ever to the U.S. is taking place in only a couple of weeks, and we're psyched to be a part of the L.A. portion of their tour! Make sure you
join our mailing list so we can send you the details as we confirm everything.
FINALLY: The awesome mp3 blog
Music For Robots has just added one of the most creatively written reviews of one of Shameless' favorite bands' best songs,
The Prix' Shoot Out the Lights:
"...this is one of those great songs where it sounds like the wheels could come off during the chorus and the whole thing could go spinning off a cliff at any moment, bursting into a ball of fire, piano keys spitting into the air. But they reel it in tight, and restrain themselves before shit gets crazy. It's a wonderful feeling..."

Music for Robots to check out the whole thing and hear the song for yourself!
